Demo Lab
The demo lab includes 2 laboratories along with a Sample preparation room.
All labs are fully furnished from worldwide leading manufacturers meetings the following standards:
– SEFA (Scientific Equipment and Furniture Association) and all its related testing procedures (SEFA1, SEFA3, SEFA 8M, and SEFA 10).
– European standards EN14056,13150, 1472 & 14470
Extraction system ( fume hood, Biosafety cabinet & extraction arms) with gas detectors.
Gas distribution systems, including gas generators.
The most advanced safety storage cabinets come in a variety of styles and sizes.
Emergency showers at eye washing stations are meeting international safety standards.
We also have the expert capability to develop custom courses on a broad range of test-related subjects not covered in the course schedule.

- The lab is furnished CRCA steel epoxy coated benches in wall & island positions with different heights (90 & 75 cm).
- All the benches come with a utility gallery & service spine to run the utilities and to install the gas & water fixtures (Druva & TOF).
- Each bench has two tiers of shelves to increase the storage capacity, with LED light under the bottom shelf.
- 19mm thick epoxy resin, anti-chemical worktop from Durcon USA is considered for the bench’s worktop.
- The island bench comes with a stainless-steel sink, pegboard, and mixer tap from TOF to wash the glassware.
- CRCA epoxy coated Fume Hood with epoxy worktop cup sink, with 90 minutes flammable storage cabinet under it, airflow monitor, and vertical sash connected to the main filtration units.
- Gas cylinder and Acid & alkalis storage fire rated cabinets according the European standard EN14470
- Extraction arms from FUMEX to extract the fumes during the experiments to the main filtration units.
- The lab is furnished with CRCA steel epoxy coated benches from ICI & ASEM.
- The under-bench cabinets in this lab comes in different styles; plinth, sliding and, mobile cabinets on castors.
- 19mm thick phenolic resin (TOP LAB PLUS) anti-chemical and, antibacterial worktop from TRESPA is considered for the bench’s worktop.
- The polypropylene sink come with eye wash and mixer tap from TOF to wash the glassware.
- ASECOS V-LINE flammable 90 minutes fire rated cabinets (the world most advanced technology for flammable liquid storing) according to European standard EN14470 with electromotor controlled vertical drawers which allows access to all stored containers on both sides .
- Extraction arms from FUMEX to extract the fumes during the experiments to the main filtration units.
- ISO 9001:2015 certified Emergency shower with eyewash station from TOF.
